Jonathan is a writer and producer with over a decade of experience developing and delivering story-driven content across film, television, and digital media. My work bridges creativity and execution — from writing and story development to overseeing physical production, post, and final delivery.

Jonathan has produced and collaborated on projects with studios and creative partners managing everything from budgets and schedules to cross-departmental coordination and final marketing rollout. My background in screenwriting and production management gives me a unique perspective — I understand both the creative heartbeat of a story and the logistics that bring it to life.

He is passionate about championing diverse, innovative storytelling and building teams that bring cinematic ideas from concept to screen with precision, purpose, and imagination.

My Story

Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Jonathan holds a B.A. in Film and Video Production from Columbia College Chicago, an A.A. in Entertainment Marketing and Promotion, and an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Conservatory.

Drawing on his diverse creative background and technical expertise, Jonathan is dedicated to crafting stories that resonate on an emotional level. Whether developing a 60-second commercial or a full-length feature film, he focuses on creating meaningful, memorable experiences that connect with audiences.

Jonathan has had the privilege of being mentored by industry leaders such as John Davis (Predator, Jungle Cruise), Tom Sternberg (Apocalypse Now, The Talented Mr. Ripley), Anna Thomas (Frida), and Tom Rickman (Coal Miner’s Daughter). Guided by these influences, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process—spanning development, production, and post-production—to shaping compelling, distinctive stories.
